So I lost a lot of weight quickly at the beginning of my journey due to having so much weight to lose, and under eating by a large amount. I still have a food diary book, where I recorded what I ate, and it was as little as 300 calories some days. Being so young and uneducated, I started my journey way too unhealthily. So young and uneducated.įrom that point on, I decided I needed to get healthy, I needed to lose weight, eat better, start exercising, and improve my life. So much I missed out on because I let my self get to that size and didn’t know what I was doing.

I didn’t want to get any bigger, I avoided so many things due to my size, I would make up excuses at birthday parties as to why I couldn’t swim, I was wearing jeans all Summer because I hated my legs, I wouldn’t go places because of how I looked and felt. The moment I stepped on that scale, looked down over my body with stretch marks covering my stomach, thighs, arms and other places, I realized 90kg was not far off, and if I didn’t stop gaining weight… 100kg was next. Living a life of no exercise, a diet consisting of way too much chocolate, sweet foods, unhealthy meals, takeaway, no fruit and vegetables and overall a shocking diet. But my health and fitness journey has continued way after that and is still going.īy the middle of 2010 (I was 13 years old) I reached a weight of 85.6kg-medically considered obese. My main weight loss part was over a period of a year to a year and a half, so keep that in mind.

It’s transformation Tuesday and I really wanted to share my COMPLETE story for my new followers and just really get into the as much detail of my journey as I can and let you all in on everything I have been through! From obese, to super skinny, to stronger and fitter than ever before.
